Enjoying The Show?

It is quite early Wednesday morning and I am awake and ready to go! Monday and Tuesday sure were great for stocks, forget that lousy job number from last week, forget North Korea and just buy-buy-buy. The longer this charade keeps going with the stock market, the uglier the crash will be and I feel it will stay down for a much longer time. My opinion, it is a FOOL'S Game at this point! What more can I say? I would much prefer to spend my time talking about GOLD.

Monday was boring with a little give back in price, Tuesday was much more encouraging with Gold trading above 1590 and even Silver traded above $28. I felt after Friday's action that the bottom may be in and that things should start to look better from here. After watching the past few days, I do feel much more confident going forward. The only reason Stocks are going up is because of the printing presses running at full speed, can we have any more of a fundamental reason for GOLD & SILVER to move substantially higher? It is my opinion that being able to buy at these prices are a gift. Yes, it has been a very long 2 years but things should be getting better from this point on.
1.Job # from Friday only confirms that the FED will be around much longer than what the markets were previously anticipating!
2.As bad as Europe is, take notice how the Euro is now trading above 131, what does that say about the dollar?
3.Japan is trying to outdue the US Federal Reserve

Bottom Line-The printing presses are not going to stop and THEY will only print more as time goes on! Inflation is on its way!

Be aware that we have two members from the FED speaking today and later this afternoon, at 2PM we will get the release of the FED minutes from their previous meeting. Gold is currently 1583 as I finish this post, if trading, you can buy dips and just be cautious on any moves below 1565, that would not be a positive sign!
